public liability insurance
As an affiliated Club with Archery Australia, TCA Inc. members are
covered through Archery Australia's Public Liability Policy,
Archery Australia provides Regional Governing Bodies and Clubs and
individual members with a twenty million dollar Public Liability
Policy. The policy covers
individual members against injury or damage to the members of the general
public and their property. Cover
is provided to members of the public or registered members of Archery
Australia while shooting on an approved archery venue.
The policy does not cover members if they are shooting in their
backyard or on a venue not recognised by the Regional Governing Body
or Club as an approved venue.
Only current registered members of
Archery Australia or a Temporary member are covered by this policy.
Club members must ensure that their affiliation fees have been paid to
Archery Australia by the due date to be covered.
Archers undertaking instruction or coaching on club venues must fill
out a Temporary membership form before shooting.
